This 100% natural flu fighter contains eight infection-fighting essential oils that facilitate better breathing. The oils relieve coughs by dispelling thick mucus and decongest nasal passages to provide relief from the symptoms of allergies and sinusitis. They also work to cool fevers and soothe inflammation. All have powerful antibacterial and antiviral properties and work to boost immunity naturally.

For coughs, colds and flu: Roll onto the chest area and upwards onto the neck, continuing up to behind the ears where lymph nodes are located. Apply as often as necessary.

For blocked noses and sinusitis: Apply to your hands, then friction rub them together and cup over your nose. Inhale deeply and repeatedly to open up nasal passages.

NOTE: Not suitable for children under 2 years old. For children under the age of 6, roll only onto the chest area.
